case insensitive;
last name should precede first name, e.g. Jackie Chan should be input as "Chan Jackie", no comma inbetween;
wildcard character "*" may be used inbetween;
input codes other than English are meant for input of English alphabets only, users of Chinese OSes should use corresponding Chinese pages, Big-5, or GB.
Haven't heard of "Jputping"? It's a new romanization scheme of Cantonese proposed by local scholars and is gaining support within the computer field;
"Quick" is a shorthand variation of Cangjie, the mostly widely used Chinese input method in Hong Kong and Taiwan. Here you need only enter the codes in their corresponding alphabets on the keyborad. No Chinese input system is required or needs to be activated.
